Founded in 1999, Three Rivers Realty is a real estate company dedicated to helping buyers find the perfect property for their needs and helping sellers find the best buyers.
Three Rivers Realty primarily serves the people of the Pee Dee region of South Carolina including the areas of Florence, Lake City, Hemmingway, Scranton, Coward, Marion, Johnsonville, Mullins, Pamplico, Kingstree, Olanta, Effingham, Andrews, Georgetown, Turbeville, Gresham, and Nesmith.

John M. “Shannon” Prosser, Jr, Broker-in-Charge
Our Broker-in-Charge is Attorney John M. “Shannon” Prosser, Jr. He was born and raised in Hemingway and graduated from Pleasant Hill High School in 1987. He attended Frances Marion University and received a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1991, along with a secondary Teaching Certification. He later graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1995 and was admitted to the S.C. Bar later that same year. Shannon has practiced law in Johnsonville for almost 20 years as Prosser Law Firm, P.A., and he started Three Rivers Realty, Inc. in 1999. He has been married to Allana Prosser since 1992. She is a Johnsonville native and is an elementary school principal with Florence County School District Three. They have three children, Ashton, Abbi and Jack. Shannon is a past President of the Lions Club, is on the Board of Trustees for West Side Free Will Baptist Church, and is on the general board at Prosser Field Youth Organization, among other endeavors.
Three Rivers was started November 15, 1999.

Born and raised in lower Florence County, I bring a lifetime of experience and knowledge of the area to work for my clients. I began my Real Estate career in 2006. I am a licensed Realtor, a member of the Greater Pee Dee Realtors Association and a graduate of Coker College with a B.S. degree in Business Management. I married Kevin in 1985 and we live in Johnsonville. We have been blessed with two wonderful sons Christopher and Matthew and a great daughter-in-law Amy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a big sports fan and enjoy Nascar Racing, football and baseball.
